Still, the file size that I get is so much smaller (5,36GB original to 620MB after converting), that I can't help but think it isn't lossless. DNxHR is for resolutions bigger than 1080p such as 2K, 4K, and 8K. I tried using HandBrake and setting it to "constant quality RF 0", which is what I found online. The only reason I need to convert them is so they will work with MPlayer OSX Extended, I don't mind the file size (they're all bigger than 5GB) and I need the image quality to be the same as in the ProRes.
But MPlayer OSX Extended, the application I use to take the continuous screencaps I need to make gifs, won't open them.
